[RFC] PR testing: use one status per architecture

If a contributor requests many tests for a single PR (e.g. cms-sw/cmsdist#9833) we will hit a limit on a number of statuses a given SHA/Prefix can have (documentation ), and bot will stop working.

Instead, we should have one status per (release queue + ) architecture, and show details on cmssdt status page.
