94X version for ReReco

I just made a PR from my repository for the 94X, adding the electron ID (with some slight modifications to the ElectronUserData), electron corrections, new JECs, MetNoHF and some examples.

Can somebody cross-check the recipe and the content? Note that this was not updated for ReMiniAOD.

@oiorio thanks Orso. I'll have a look by early next week. BTW, while going through the code, did you find anything else that's missing and should be added?

@dmajumder I have not checked exactly all variables for analysis and for the new recipes, I'll do it in the next few days. All fundamental objects should be there.
