fix build pipeline

If not done already: whatever process we use to build the queue is really bad. iirc it relies on rsyncing to the andrew machine and then just running node in like two tmux sessions lol

this should ideally be built and then deployed via a real process like at least dockerized

tbh the entire machine needs to be cleaned up (dev build script, db, prod build script, etc.......).. but maybe that's a different issue. or, tech debt 😄

@pranavaddepalli dockerizing the queue should be easy, although in an ideal world we'd be able to dockerize the deployment infra too like nginx as that's the bit that other courses have had the most issue setting up. This is something I'm down to take another stab at eventually but if you wanna use your real adult SWE skills and try it please do 🙏
