Add support for Cilium to CNI-Genie #229
Description
Cilium is a very feature-rich CNI plugin that leverages the latest eBPF advancements in the linux kernel. It makes for a very valuable goal to enhance CNI-Genie as well as use it as a forcing function to bring this project up to speed with the latest versions of Kubernetes. Ideally we will be able to support v1.20 and above with Cilium.
