i18n and l10n #322
Description
I see that currently cobudget-ui hardcodes strings in source code. After helping last year with replacing such strings in http://openfoodnetwork.org/ I find it a very tricky feature to leave for later. What do you think about using something like https://angular-translate.github.io/ ?
