Move metadata aggregator to non-root user #27
Description
After the incident on 9 June where the COBWEB metadata expired, I'm going to develop the system to allow Andreas to refresh the metadata. Several things would need to be done, at least
- Move metadata aggregator to non-root user
- document the signing / publishing process
- Walk Andreas through the process (in Munich at T5.4 meeting)
