Migrate from RedHat Enterprise Linux to CentOS #29

COBWEB servers are "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago)".
University of Edinburgh currently gets a good license deal for RHEL but this expires in 2016. So if these servers are to run after this date, then they should be migrated to CentOS
