EDINA IdP gives ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key with Firefox

tomcat on EDINA COBWEB IdP uses insecure ciphers.
1. Try to alter the Connector settings in /etc/tomcat6/server.xml and check with SSL labs. It might not be possible with tomcat 6, so may need to find tomcat 8 (and that's not in yum)
2. Put apache httpd in front of tomcat
