I skimmed the README and this feature would be hard for us to work on without access to an AMD CPU with SEV and this seems to be limited to data center cpus.

I am also not sure if the modifications are still needed as the guide mentions Fedora 29, so maybe the OVMF firmware these days is up to date enough.
