Crontab permissions

Has anyone been able to setup a cron or a scheduled task on Mac to periodically check stats?

I have a script that uploads the data fine via my terminal but when I try to run it from a crontab I get permission errors even after trying sudo crontab. I tried to run it as the proper use hoping it would have access to the browser cookies but it does not.

I also tried a Launch Agent service with no luck.

Any ideas?
