User Story 5:

As a student on a STEM visa,
I want to filter for STEM-eligible courses,
So that I can maintain my visa status while pursuing relevant classes.

Definition of Done:
• Add a STEM eligibility filter to the query form.
• Courses flagged as STEM-compliant are returned in results.
• Test by applying the filter and validating the output against STEM designations in the API data.
