User Story 6:

As a student pursuing a certificate,
I want to filter for courses required for my certificate program,
So that I can easily identify and enroll in the necessary classes.

Definition of Done:
• Users can select a certificate program from a dropdown or input it manually.
• Results include only the courses that fulfill certificate requirements.
• Test by selecting a certificate and validating the output against its course list.
