gemini hallucinates. mistral le chat hallucinates.
mistral api doesnt supporting embedding attachments in prompts.
try langchain / custom pdf parser with mistral api.

Is LLM the only path? Does the format change everytime?
If it doesn't change a lot, T-OCR can be used.
