Multiple windows dont synchronize proper

Environment

• Visual Studio version: [2015 Professional]
• CodeMaid version: [10.0]
• Code language: [C#]

Description

When having open more then one window of the same file codemaid does only synchronize with the first opened windows, other windows are ignored.

Steps to recreate

Open a project in codemaid then go to window- new windows
Expand some outlining in the first windows then go to the second expand some while watching codemaid

Current behavior

The spade is only synchronized with the first window

Expected behavior

The spade should allways reflect the window that is focussed

Thanks for reporting the issue, I have reproduced it. You're right that the logic isn't built to handle multiple versions of the same window, it's based around the document that is open.
