Make icons retina / high DPI - currently look pixelated.

Steps to recreate

View any code made icon in nav or menu on high DPI / retina display

Current behavior

Icons look pixelated

Expected behavior

Icons will look crisp on high DPI / retina screens

Thanks for the suggestion. Many of our icons were made as alterations of the base Visual Studio icons which would not have been retina-level all those years ago. So we would need to rebuild the images from scratch.

It looks like VS2017 images haven't been published yet, but the VS2015 library would likely hold most of the components we would want to use. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35825

I would also be very game for anyone interested in doing an icon refresh if we're going to rebuild them anyways!
