Hi.

I tried the build/packageinstruction as per the BUILD.md file.

It fails when attempting to use GPG to sign.

Please provide instructions in BUILD.md to circumvent signing for people wishing to build locally.

I needed to add a profile in settings.xml to disable gpg signing plugin behaviour using a profile that gets activated with a MAVEN_NO_SIGN environment variable. And then MAVEN_NO_SIGN=true build/package did the trick.

I still do believe documenting that kind of stuff in the BUILD.md is worthwile.
