Improve user profile page

There is mock user profile page on http://localhost:3000/userProfile

We need to:

• Add text "User profiles:" and remove the "profile" from each field
• As a placeholder for the input fields add example "links" (it's the grey text)
• Add icons for youtube, twitter and reddit, https://ant.design/components/icon/ (twitch and coh2 org doesn't have)
• Add loading indicator / success indicator. We can use property loading on the button https://ant.design/components/button/#components-button-demo-loading , for the success update it would be great to display some icon, maybe <CheckCircleTwoTone twoToneColor="#52c41a" /> next to the form. Maybe it should appear and disappear after some time? or disappear during loading. . It's upt to you to decide
