Hey everyone,
I’m setting up Coil for a project (just starting to dive into compose Multiplatform), and I ran into an issue where the image wouldn’t load. The weird part was that there were no error messages to point me in the right direction.
I tried Googling it, but “Coil not loading images” is such a broad search that it didn’t help much. After some trial and error, I ended up using the onState callback to log the error, and a quick search on that led me to the solution—turns out I just needed to add an extra dependency.
What I’m curious about is why this error doesn’t show up automatically. It feels like that should be logged out by default, rather than me having to manually add logs to track it down.
