scrub through video using map

similar to #64 only difference is we use the car marker as a way to scrub through the timeline also. Not sure if it makes sense to keep the ability to scrub through timeline when this gets supported but would be nice to add in and figure that out afterwards

• include car location in map, it only shows the route and not where the car is throughout the route. implementation in old connect
• implement scrubbing with map
