Whatever CSS prop doesn't work for me. Are we dimming the background or adding drop shadow? Let's match old connect and do both I think?

I'm on Chrome Version 121.0.6167.85 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hmm ok, I'm on 135. We're using dialog::backdrop css selector and setting background-color on that.

Looks like there was a spec bug fixed in Chrome 132 (Feb 2024), can update the css to workaround it
