It's been more than 2 years since our last "How openpilot works" blog post!

Write an updated version of this post and get featured in the comma official blog!
A good starting point would be to update the diagrams then update the individual descriptions of the services.
The diagrams were made using Google Drawings, the editable source files can be found here:

Using another tool for the diagrams is ok as long as it's free (and commonly used) and you can share an editable source file.
