Collect dist links

In this issue we need collect the main distributions over world like: xach, shinmera, bodge and so on.

I'll list some I already know of.

cl-bodge's dist uses a replace parameter (see link) upon dist import, this is probably related to forcing Quicklisp to fetch packages from cl-bodge dist, upon conflict.
