The software is very old and doesn't have even a .sln file. The reason is that the final DataPorter deliverables were produced probably as a side effect of building OPCViewer software. In other words the OPCDA.DataPorter was originally added as an external to other SVN repositories. The solution and all dependencies must be recovered from the last release using an SVN copy because the original SVN doesn't exist anymore.

Trying to figure out what to do next the following dependency diagram is available for further consideration. Not sure if it is the current state or a road map for future development. The code documentation was created manually using Enterprise Architect.
