Help with Dotnet ASP Web API LXC Proxmox VE Helper Script

Has anyone had any success with the Proxmox VEHelper Script called Dotnet ASP Web API LXC. I have tried getting it working a few times and I keep getting. 502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.24.0 (Ubuntu).
What I see in the error.log
2025/02/20 12:44:36 [error] 256#256: *1 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, server: _, request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://127.0.0.1:5000/", host: "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
