Nightscout, an open-source CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) remote monitor.
Nightscout is a critical tool for type 1 diabetics and their caregivers, allowing real-time visualization of glucose data from pumps (like Medtronic) and sensors (Dexcom, Libre) on any device.
As a diabetic myself, I built this to enable an easy, self-hosted deployment on Proxmox without relying on paid cloud services.
