can not find "google/electra-large-discriminator" #2

I found an error when running this code repository.
Error information:
We couldn't connect to 'https://huggingface.co' to load this file, couldn't find it in the cached files and it looks like google/electra-large-discriminator is not the path to a directory containing a file named config.json.
I wonder if the path "google/electra-large-discriminator" is a local path. If not, what is the complete form of this path?
