[feature] Investigate config file creation per component in CMakeConfigDeps #19407
Description
What is your suggestion?
As a workaround for the missing feature #18821 was proposed, but we dont need workarounds in CMakeConfigDeps. We might want to be able to create different config files per component (ie, spirv-tools and spirv-tools-opt)
