Remove lz4-fix.patch

After the next release of TileDB, we need to remove the patch lz4-fix.patch

@teo-tsirpanis Does removing the patch lz4-fix.patch require the upstream PR TileDB-Inc/TileDB#5021? If that is the case, then I assume we need to keep the patch for now since that PR wasn't included in 2.25.0

Yes, we will remove the patch in 2.26.
