Separate content from presentation, e.g using markdown and Jekyll

It would be good if there was a canonical plain-text(ish) version of the code of conduct that people could use in their own conference sites etc. without having to extract it from your HTML. The actual codeofconduct.com site could be generated by combining this with a template using something like Jekyll. This would also make it easier to keep all the translations consistent.
