--new-session inhibits bwrap's ability to terminate child process when parent is terminated

When using `--new-session` to start a long-running process, and then pressing Ctrl-C in the terminal, only the parent bwrap process is terminated, leaving the child bwrap process and the sandboxed program running as orphans.
