show user friendly error messages instead of error codes

When we encounter an error during VM operations, libhvee returns errors that contains error codes, instead it'd be better if it can return an error message that clearly states the reason for the error

Error starting machine: Error in driver during machine start: failed to start vm: Job failed with error code: 32788 ()

the following issues were reported in crc where the error code is 32788:

Working from memory here, but I dont think the API we work with does anything other than error codes. So I think a table would need to be built that correlates errors to human readable. And I think some error codes are generic to make matters worse. PRs welcome.
