Update

To update chkit you need to download binary for your OS here. Extract the file to directory, where there was previous version of chkit.

For Ubuntu and MacOs:

$ tar -xvf your_archive.tar -C /path/to/destination/dir/

For Windows:

tar xvf  your_archive.tar 

Now you check the version of chkit:

$ chkit version

OS: darwin
Platform: amd64
