Add SOURCE_COMMIT_DATE

We have SOURCE_COMMIT: https://coolify.io/docs/knowledge-base/environment-variables#source-commit , but there's no commit date available.

Date could be built into some web app file and then user ("manager") could see how recent is the build (by source date, not just by build date).
