固件中添加的4个自定义防火墙规则起什么作用？注释掉可不可以？ #9799

请教大家：

我看网上说固件中Lean大大给添加的4个自定义防火墙规则，会使局域网中即使有其他DNS服务器，也会转到Openwrt软路由上的DNS来解析，因为ssr的存在。

那么我想问一下，如果我自己用树莓派搭了一个adguardhome这种dns，那可不可以把自定义防火墙规则注释掉，不用了？
