add automated tags on foodtech orders to indicate how the timeslot was selected

As a dispatcher, in order to efficiently mutualize foodtech orders

I want automated and dedicated tags on foodtech orders indicating if :

• the order was placed on the first available time slot (ASAP)
• the order was delayed due to the dispatch delay function
• the order was delayed due to the restaurant rush mode (can't pickup early)
• the order was placed on a timeslot that is not the default one (firm expectation)

(some of those are mutualy exclusives and can be reduced)

Currentlty there is no in-app way to know if the timeslot was firmly selected by the client (ie: they're not home before that time) or if they're OK with being delivered in advance if this fluidify restaurants and courriers workflow.
