Discrepency between `order.hasReceipt` and file being present in bucket

May lead to error when trying to download the receipt if hasReceipt is somehow set to try but the file is missing.
Also when this happens the customer do not receive the receipt per mail

I quickly fixed it by regenerate it manually using the already existing POST /admin/orders/XXX/generate-receipt and worked.
