Update profile placeholder

Use a placeholder image (silhouette of a person, maybe a fa icon would work for this) instead of the hash-based coracle logo. It might be useful to show some kind of loading indicator (opacity fluctuation) for the first two seconds or so until we know the profile picture isn't going to load. Don't show loading animation if there is no profile picture.
