Update generated versions list in main readme

The list in the main readme is empty.. we should probably update it automagically whenever a new version is out.

This could be done by renovatebot.

Couldn't find a way of doing it with renovatebot. We can just run a script that will update the readme. The script could be run when a new github tag is available, and updates the readme.
