Log flushing not reliable on nginx-alpine

Only on nginx-alpine the log for an older thread can be delayed enough such that the log for a marker request will appear before some of the final entries of the previously issued test request. This leads to a failure rate of ~0.1%, where tests fail unexpectedly (e.g., because an ID can't be found).
