Suggestion: User Customized Display Names

While it should still be possible to identify students, it would be nice if students/TAs could set their nickname/display name. This would help with both preferred nicknames, as well as individuals who have changed their name, but have not yet been able to update whichever database is used when creating queueme.in users.
