I think it might be frustrating/demotivating for some employees to be only criticized when they are doing things wrong.
The actual implementation only knows one ideal status which gets more worse the more 'problems' were detected. In my opinion the use of images, wikilinks and formatting should also be conciderd.
When a contributor knows what he did right, he has the motivation to do it again PLUS in a competitive company-atmosphere they might be interested in letting their articles look better then the others (:
