Error: Undefined array key

Issue Description

On a PHP8 installation, I'm seeing constant errors that look like this in my error log:

E_WARNING: Undefined array key 0/home/user/example.com/lib/plugins/qc/renderer.php(217)

Can we get this array key defined?
