Customize signerExtAdapter in DefaultProposalHandler #24848

Is there a way to do this at the moment? Since signer ext adapter is customizable in priority nonce mempool, and tx selector can be overwritten in DefaultProposalHandler.
It would be nice if same would be possible for signer ext in DefaultProposalHandler as well, to easily use that proposal handler implementation if custom signer extractor is used in mempool. If this makes sense, happy to open PR.
