hi @costapt @diazandr3s .I read your paper and I'm very interested in ISC evaluation indicators.Could you share me the code of metrics ISC score? Or where can I find the code about metrics you used? Thanks!

Thanks for your interest in this work.
In our work, we measured the pixel proportion of vasculature, optic disc, and background on a set of synthetic and real images (See Table III).

Optic disc masks were manually segmented by clinical experts and the vessel masks were automatically segmented using a method based on morphological operators, curvature evaluation and k-means filtering to detect the vessels.

Don't remember exactly how @costapt measured the Image Structure Clustering (ISC).
