Local dev instructions do not work #179
Description
The instructions from https://github.com/country-regions/react-country-region-selector/blob/master/DEVELOPER.md no longer work as build/rollup.config.ts and build/minify-data.js are not available in the repo.
They seem to have been moved commit bc7bc24 but the build directory is ignored: https://github.com/country-regions/react-country-region-selector/blob/master/.gitignore#L27
