Unable to enable OTP on Safari 9.1.1

User uses Safari 9.1.1 on OS X 10.11.5 get the following error:

TypeError: PRNG.reduce is not a function

Probably at https://github.com/cozy/cozy-home/blob/master/client/app/views/account.coffee#L250

The reduce method is not available yet on Safari according to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/TypedArray/reduce#Browser_compatibility
