We should pare down the list of suggested sites to those that are suitable for contest use. E.g.,

• C++17 is available (so not Ideone)
• you can create multiple private files for free (so not repl.it)

I want to apply and try resolving this issue as my first one. I was wondering why Ideone should be removed as a result of C++17 and why repl.it should be removed? Creating multiple private files for free seems normal.

Ideone should be removed as a result of C++17

USACO and every active contest platform I'm aware of support C++17 or newer, it doesn't make sense to recommend a website that doesn't support it.

because you can only create a limited number of private files.
