The trip report's description of the white paper process for profiles is premature #1

There's various statements being made about how the white paper for profiles will be created, and what the editors will do, and there are known disagreements about that. It would be rather better to tone down the definiteness of that phrasing, as process matters like that are TBD and should be decided in WG21 by WG21, and thus far they haven't yet been.

I have just copied the reddit report which is AFAIK based on EWG page.

Sure. But now that we have a repository where issues can be filed.. ..issues will be filed. :)
