[5.7]: Read only on relational fields styling/usability

As already said here #17127, for me the read only mode on relational fields feel a bit lacking in usability.
Once they are in read only mode, you can't open them in a slideout anymore to check the details of them. I would like to still have that option.

Went ahead and made read-only relational fields more consistent with editable fields, for Craft 5.8. (79f6740)

Note that double-clicking still won’t work, but you’ll be able to access the slideout from the “Edit entry” action within the chip’s disclosure menu.
