Bug description

If I clone my app, some system apps, like the AOSP Keyboard and Gallery, also get automatically cloned. You can find these cloned system apps in the app list. Is this a bug or some kind of system feature?

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings
2. Choose Apps & Cloned Apps
3. Clone your app & find the cloned system app in the app list
